Diversified Maintenance is seeking a skilled General Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. Your duties will include dusting, wiping, and spot cleaning all surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and wet mopping designated areas, cleaning restrooms, and restocking supplies. You will also be responsible for ensuring all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area, and keeping closets clean and neat. Responsibilities:

* Clean and maintain all facilities, including offices, hallways, and restrooms
* Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces
* Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas

* Restock restroom supplies as needed
* Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ year of experience in cleaning and maintenance
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
