Job Summary

Aloft AeroArchitects is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of parts and components.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in aircraft maintenance technology.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on heavy check experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in BBJ, -7/8/ maintenance preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of basic hand tools and equipment.
  • Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office software and other company and discipline-specific software applications.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Airframe and/or Powerplant license preferred.
  • Experience with Aux Fuel Systems and interior completions projects.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
