The IT Project Manager will play a key role in the success of our organization by leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP or other project management certification.
  • Agile/SAFe certifications.
  • Experience with Planisware or other project management tools.
