Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Flores Financial Services Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities- Securing New Business and Closing Sales:
- Identify and research potential clients through various platforms, including online networking and referrals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to secure new business and close sales in alignment with customer success and company targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients and develop, review, and report on the sales strategy.
- Closing new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts, understanding pricing structures to best serve both the business and client needs, and managing NDAs for FLORES and prospective clients.
- Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing tactics and plans, participate in marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive sales growth, and provide feedback to the marketing team based on client interactions and market trends.
- Networking:
- Attend networking events to identify and pursue new business opportunities, initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and networking events, build and maintain a repository of potential clients and industry contacts, and maintain a strong FLORES social media presence.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, work directly with the Director of Business Development and onboarding Manager to ensure smooth integration of services, assist with the coordination and promotion of FLORES client events, understand client needs and tailor services to meet those needs, conduct presentations and demonstrations of company services to potential clients, and provide FLORES platinum service promise with all interactions.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide pipeline and revenue target reports to the Director of Business Development, maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, use CRM software to track and manage sales processes, and develop client progress reports, regular client contact providing status updates and needs, and communicating status updates across departments.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, develop and implement strategies to increase market share, monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Customer Service:
- Provide support to new clients, ensuring quality standards and general transactional satisfaction, evaluate customer satisfaction via customer service surveys, and maintain working knowledge of HR and Accounting principles, financial markets, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
- Project Management:
- Exhibit project management experience and the ability to work with status dashboards, collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met, research leveraging resources and channels of information as appropriate to gain insight on client needs, perform other duties as assigned, maintain confidentiality of clients, and travel as needed.
