Position Summary: The Direct Care Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and handling of day to day operations of the Residential Community Living home. The Supervisor or Program Manager is responsible for the direct supervision of community home staff, which includes scheduling, training, continuity of care, performance reviews, etc. AND oversight of the care provided to the individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. Supervisors and Direct Care Staff provide a high level of quality care to the special needs adults while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. The goal is to improve the quality of life for each person by assisting them to live as independently as possible in their home and community. This Direct Care Supervisor position is Full-time 40 hours per week and primarily works the Day/Evening shift. On Call duties are required.
