As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will work one-on-one with patients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their health goals.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
- Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Documenting care provided in a timely and compliant manner
- Providing health education and training to patients and their families
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
- 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
