Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate functions in the unit
  • Collaborate with management to monitor and evaluate nursing care
  • Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary
  • Assist with staff scheduling and inventory control
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing
  • Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license
  • AHA or ARC BLS provider
