Flexographic Press Specialist

MCC is seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating our state-of-the-art flexographic presses to produce high-quality labels for our customers.
Responsibilities- Operate flexographic presses to produce labels in accordance with customer specifications.
- Monitor and maintain press conditions to ensure optimal print quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure the presses are in good working order.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and meet customer deadlines.
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience as a printing press operator or related field.
- Strong understanding of flexographic printing principles and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
