Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and safety-oriented Multi-Rear Axle Truck Driver to join our team at Branch Civil. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for transporting construction materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate multi-rear axle trucks to transport construction materials, including dump trucks, flatbeds, and water tanks.
  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing on equipment, including oil changes, greasing, and lubrication.
  • Load and unload materials, and operate vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Start and manipulate vehicles, and perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience driving multi-rear axle trucks.
  • Knowledge of construction techniques and OSHA regulations.
  • DOT experience preferred, but not required.
  • Experience driving manual transmission dump trucks on roadway projects and job sites required.
  • Endorsements (tankers/hazmats) are a plus.

Travel and Supervisory Responsibility

This position requires frequent travel to job sites, and may involve working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of drivers, and ensuring that all transportation operations are carried out safely and efficiently.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 pounds. You should be able to work in a variety of weather conditions, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
