Truck Driver Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Holden Farms, Inc. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting livestock to various destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers to ensure safe operation.
- Drive loaded and unloaded semi-trucks/trailers, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Properly load and unload animals from a livestock trailer, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Perform daily trailer washouts and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Commit to Holden Farms' goal of achieving a zero-injury culture and follow all established safety protocols.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL with a good driving record.
- Current DOT medical card.
- More than a year of experience in a similar role.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.
- Lifting up to 55lbs.
- Working in various conditions, including heat, cold, and dust.
