Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facilities at Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance technicians, training and developing talent, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervisory Duties: Directly supervise a team of maintenance technicians and pool technicians, train and develop talent, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Performance Management: Set goals and expectations, provide feedback and identify areas for improvement, and create improvement plans and implement corrective action as necessary.
  • Duties/Responsibilities: Oversee department projects and daily operations, communicate with guests and other departments regarding outages and disruptions, and maintain a working knowledge of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of property maintenance experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • CPO certification or the ability to obtain.
  • Familiarity with MPulse maintenance software, preferably.
  • Valid CO driver's license and ability to obtain company insurance approval.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, required.
  • Bilingual English & Spanish, preferred.
