Job Title: Early Education Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Education Specialist to join our team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities. As an Early Education Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing direct treatment and ABA therapy to our clients, working closely with our BCBA clinicians to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBA clinicians
  • Work closely with families to ensure seamless transition of care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
  • Minimum of an HS Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with children with disabilities
  • 6 months of ABA experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Pennsylvania applications: Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
