Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement capture plans, including win strategies, price to win, teaming, cost, and investments.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Account, and Delivery Leads to qualify and capture opportunities.
- Lead stakeholder management internally and externally, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the capture process.
- Develop customer relationship management strategies and engage senior executives in strategy execution.
- Assist in developing potential customers by demonstrating dynamic solutions, capabilities, and potential acquisition paths for early-stage opportunities.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Business Development/Capture.
- Customer engagement experience with Defense and Civilian federal customers.
- Familiarity with Federal Contracting requirements, standards, and laws.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team in capturing and winning opportunities in excess of $500M as the prime contractor.
- Proven experience as a team player, leveraging positive and collaborative approaches with internal and external stakeholders.
