Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized solutions to customers, helping them find the perfect devices and plans to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless trends and technologies, using your knowledge to educate and engage customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, with a preference for retail environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
