We are currently seeking a skilled IT Maximo Engineer to contribute to our innovative efforts. This role focuses on providing specialized support for IBM Maximo Asset Management (MAM) and WebSphere within the Supply and Maintenance Management Program for the Marine Corps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver remote expertise in IBM MAM and WebSphere, including Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication.
- Assist the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) in fulfilling DOD Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements for the system.
- Conduct thorough research and implementation of Cybersecurity protocols, ensuring compliance with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) standards.
- Provide Tier II and III support for the system, which includes:
- Creating and managing Maximo user accounts.
- Offering end-user support and development.
- Monitoring system requirements and operational availability.
- Preparing for updates and upgrades of WebSphere and Maximo applications.
- Collaborating with personnel to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Managing configuration for all software releases and performing database backups.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or 9 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience with Maximo.
- Preferred: Active CompTIA Security+ CE certification and experience as a Maximo/WebSphere developer or Functional Lead.
