Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at Sirmax North America Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality raw materials from reliable vendors, negotiating prices and contracts, and managing the procurement process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate prices and contracts, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations, including managing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain open communication with vendors, internal stakeholders, and management, providing regular updates on procurement activities and progress.
Requirements
  • Education: College or technical degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
