Job Title: Parts Advisor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team at Elliott Auto Group. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for purchasing, selling, storing, and issuing parts within our busy dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Part Procurement: Determine customer needs and accurately specify parts accordingly.
  • Purchase Order Management: Create and modify purchase orders, issue purchase orders to vendors, and record warranty parts returned.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, process and close open invoices, and compare invoices against requisitions.
  • Warehouse Operations: Perform ongoing warehouse parts inventory, keep records of outside purchases and parts received and issued, and attend weekly department meetings.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One year of dealership warehouse experience and/or training.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation: Based on experience.
  • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and paid time off.
