Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing timely and effective interventions to address their physical and emotional needs.

Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

Current RN licensure in the state of Louisiana.

BSN degree or higher from an accredited nursing program.

At least 1 year of experience in an ICU setting, with a focus on critical care nursing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
