Licensed Vocational Nursing Professional

As a Licensed Vocational Nursing professional at Northern Louisiana Medical Center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care by applying skills and techniques common to the practice of vocational nursing. You will function under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and perform tasks related to patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing direct patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing vital sign checks
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of Louisiana
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic life support certification
