Mental Health Nurse with Compassion

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support patients' overall well-being.
- Advocate for patients' rights and facilitate psychoeducation for patients and their families.
Requirements:
- Current RN license
- BLS (other certifications as required by facility)
- 2 years of recent Behavioral Health experience
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
