  • Room Bookings and Inquiries: Manage room bookings, both in-person and through incoming calls, while addressing guest queries about available rooms, amenities, rates, special requests, and rewards programs.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Mitigate customer complaints as needed, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Welcome and Farewell: Provide every guest with a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring correct keys and room numbers are provided.
  • Collaboration with Housekeeping: Communicate effectively with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
