Aveanna Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring that our standards of excellence are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload of patients and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with our operations team to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Conducting regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures
  • Providing feedback and coaching to nurses to improve their performance and skills
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with our patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Must have a current RN license in good standing
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor or manager
  • Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Must be able to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Must be willing to travel to patients' homes in designated territory
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $72,000-$82,000 per year
