This role will also be responsible for the daily athletic training needs of assigned intercollegiate athletic teams and the maintenance of athletic training facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide athletic training services to student-athletes, including injury prevention, rehabilitation, and health insurance matters.
  • Manage the daily athletic training needs of assigned intercollegiate athletic teams.
  • Maintain athletic training facilities, ensuring they are safe and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Athletic Training to develop and implement athletic training programs.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and relevant databases to track athletic training data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in athletic training or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of directly related experience as a certified athletic trainer.
  • State athletic training licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or eligibility to pursue upon being hired.
  • Certification by the Board of Certification (BOC).
  • Demonstrated experience working with spreadsheets and relevant databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of experience at the Division I collegiate level.
  • Experience managing multiple sports as an athletic trainer.

Clearances and Background Checks:

  • PA Child Abuse Clearance.
  • FBI Fingerprint Background Check.
  • PA State Police Criminal Check.
  • PA DMV Background Check.
