Job Title: Program Manager, Investment PMO

Rise Broadband is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of investment projects, with a primary focus on fiber and wireless initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned investment projects, from project inception through post-activation.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion within scope and financial targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, construction, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for specific investment projects, ensuring clear communication across all relevant teams.
  • Coordinate regular meetings to monitor project progress, address concerns, and drive decision-making.
  • Provide timely project updates to the VP, Investment PMO, and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports detailing project status, financial performance, and strategic insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Working Conditions:
  • Employee remains in a sitting position for prolonged hours. Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
  • Working conditions may include being in an open (shared) cubicle/workspace area.
