Remodeling Sales Professional

At GLR Kitchen and Bath Design, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Representative for Kitchen Renovation, you will be responsible for guiding homeowners through the sales process from initial consultations to signed contracts.
Key responsibilities include meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, consulting with homeowners, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the kitchen and bath design process. You will also secure signed estimates and contracts, identify upselling opportunities during the design phase, generate new leads, and close deals efficiently.
We offer a competitive salary of $17-20 per hour, plus commission and performance bonuses. Our comprehensive training program includes instruction on our sales process, product offerings, and CRM system. We provide a supportive company culture with growth opportunities and a family-oriented work environment.
