We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager who will lead transformative projects and drive growth through expertise and commitment to excellence.

  • Showcase Expertise: Apply knowledge of engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and more.
  • Lead Projects: Oversee projects from initial entitlements to construction completion, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Navigate Permitting: Efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across governmental agencies, leveraging local expertise to streamline the process.
  • Strategize Permitting: Develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies to meet deadlines for both expansive developments and compact commercial projects.
  • Engage & Grow: Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance our company's presence, build strong relationships with clients and government entities, and contribute to company growth by delivering exceptional projects.

Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University.
  • Professional Certification: PE Licensure is required.
  • Local Experience: Relevant work experience in Delaware is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is preferred.
