Job Summary:

Rain for Rent is seeking a skilled Mechanic - Liquid Handling Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our liquid handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on liquid handling equipment, including pumps, pipes, and valves.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of projects, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our equipment and systems, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably with a focus on liquid handling equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

Employee must have manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with the fingers, and perceive attributes of objects and materials. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Employee will be exposed to heavy physical activity performing strenuous day activities of a primarily productive/technical nature.
