Position Summary:

The Site Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing project timelines and resources effectively. This position involves the maintenance of comprehensive project schedules, resource allocation, and conflict resolution across various operational tasks. Daily interaction with project resource analysts is essential to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver intermediate to advanced scheduling support for the Operations and Emergency Management division.
  • Maintain and oversee project schedules utilizing MS Project, ensuring all changes and updates are documented accurately.
  • Identify critical project milestones and necessary activities to meet objectives.
  • Document and analyze interdependencies among project activities and related external initiatives.
  • Develop project logic networks while estimating, validating, and analyzing sequencing, duration, and resource needs.
  • Collaborate with project resource analysts to ensure alignment of project schedules.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of project schedules to assess performance and identify variances and risk areas.
  • Monitor contractor schedules to ensure adherence to the Schedule Management Plan and other contractual obligations.
  • Provide detailed scenario analyses, recovery plans, and critical path assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedural requirements.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $96,000, depending on experience and other relevant factors. Benefits may include healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), education assistance, and paid time off, including holidays and other mandated leave.

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies and best practices.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Advanced skills in MS Project.
  • Ability to quickly understand project lifecycles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Willingness to present information effectively in person and online.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and self-motivation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and management teams.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic.
  • Must meet government and residency requirements for access.
  • Familiarity with Milestone Pro and SSI Tools is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Clearance:
  • Ability to obtain DOD Secret Clearance is required.
