Job Overview

We are a premier vacation rental community and marina seeking a dedicated Marina Operations Associate. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our 99-slip marina, providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist fellow team members with marina-related tasks, including securing vessels to docks and managing utility connections such as power and water.
  • Deliver outstanding guest services by facilitating transport for patrons and their belongings to and from the dock, as well as managing the delivery of provisions.
  • Operate various mechanized equipment, including golf carts and watercraft, as part of daily duties.
  • Maintain security within the marina, conducting property watch and reporting any disturbances to supervisors.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and sanitation standards.
  • Coordinate guest orientation and greet all guests upon their arrival.
  • Support initiatives aimed at developing repeat guest programs.
  • Assist in promoting the marina's services and facilities.
  • Collaborate with the Dockmaster on pre-arrival communications for guests.

Essential Skills

  • Physical stamina to manage the demands of outdoor work in warm and humid conditions.
  • Flexibility to accommodate various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to learn; prior customer service or marina experience is advantageous.
