Job Title: Digital Transformation Solutions Consultant

EOSYS is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Solutions Consultant to join our Business Development team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for delivering outcome-based messaging to executive and management levels, showcasing EOSYS' solutions value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Planning and Sales Strategy: Participate in account planning and sales strategy formulation, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing ones.
  • Proposal Delivery and Solution Presentations: Deliver compelling proposals and solution presentations to management and executive-level customers, highlighting the tangible benefits and outcomes that EOSYS solutions can offer.
  • Competitive Analysis and Positioning: Define and articulate the differentiators and values of EOSYS solutions compared to competitor solutions, conducting thorough analyses of competitive offerings and leveraging this insight to position EOSYS as the preferred choice for customers.
  • Alignment with Sales Strategy: Focus on identifying opportunities that align with EOSYS' solution portfolio and overall sales strategy, prioritizing pursuits that are most likely to yield successful outcomes for EOSYS.
  • Industry and Segment Knowledge: Demonstrate familiarity with specific applications such as batching, packaging, bottling, and regulatory compliance, tailoring solutions to match the unique requirements of each industry segment.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in engineering or commensurate experience in the systems integration, manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience in a customer-facing position, business development or sales role with direct sales facing interaction with customers and suppliers.
  • Ability to travel 50%.
