Key Responsibilities- Leasing and Marketing
- Generate work orders and monitor repair status
- Process applications and run credit reports
- Assist in the collection of rental payments and manage delinquent accounts
- Provide professional customer service to residents and guests
- Create, file, and maintain all tenant files
- Schedule and conduct tours for prospective residents
- Administrative and Operations
- Perform other administrative tasks necessary to manage the day-to-day operations
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and in good order
- Perform property and unit inspections to identify maintenance issues
- Prepare move-in packets, lease agreements, and application packets
- Staff Management and Communication
- Manage staff, vendors, and contractors
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Education and Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent with training in leasing, management, or related activities preferred
- 5+ years' administrative/directional experience in a property management business environment

- Must possess strong computer skills with Microsoft Windows, Gmail, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid California driver's license, and proof of insurance
- Must be able to read English at a level sufficient to understand label instructions and warnings, write English at a level to write professional-looking notes to coworkers and residents, and speak English at a level to effectively communicate with residents, coworkers, and vendors
