Job Summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team in Concord, NC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, processing leasing applications, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with prospects to answer questions and schedule tours of our communities
  • Process leasing applications and prepare lease paperwork
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Plan and host resident activities to foster a sense of community
