Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the installation of emergency lighting and equipment for police, fire, and security vehicles.
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians to ensure high-quality installations and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement efficient installation processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of installations.
  • Conduct site visits to assess installation requirements and provide technical guidance to technicians.
  • Monitor and report on installation progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency vehicle installation or a related field.
  • Knowledge of vehicle wiring and electrical systems.
  • Able to identify and troubleshoot electrical circuits.
  • Experience with installation of emergency lighting and equipment is desired.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Good hearing and color vision.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, motor vehicle checks, and pre-employment drug tests.
