We are seeking a meticulous Mortgage Loan Officer Support Specialist to enhance our operations at SayGo Home Loans LLC.

This role is essential in fostering communication with referral partners, existing and former clients, real estate professionals, lenders, and underwriters to build strong relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in the completion of real estate loan applications, gathering, evaluating, and verifying supporting loan documentation in line with established loan guidelines, and providing ongoing support throughout the loan application journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer administrative assistance including managing calls, scheduling appointments, and more.
  • Address all customer and internal inquiries regarding transactions to ensure a seamless process and outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete according to company policies, reporting any inconsistencies to the loan originator or officer.
  • Act as the main point of contact and liaison among clients, branch management, and assigned loan originators, conducting meetings to coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Collect and organize essential loan documentation required for verifications and underwriting, including loan files, credit reports, and additional mortgage application materials.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of fundamental loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/fixed rates, and commercial loans.
  • An NMLS license is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required; familiarity with CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software is advantageous.
  • A college degree in finance or banking is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a professional office setting, administration, or mortgage-related roles is preferred.

Compensation:

$3,000 monthly base salary plus commission.
