  • Review conditions of approval/decision from Underwriting and order necessary documents for the file.
  • Meet crucial deadlines and maintain open communication with team members to discuss workflow and address any issues.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; 5+ years of mortgage processing experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with knowledge of real estate terminology.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as HRIS software.

Work Environment:

Office setting with prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
