As a Retail Sales Associate Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our guests, and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively sell and market our apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
  • Coach and train sales team members to achieve their goals and improve sales performance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills and experience with problem resolution.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and move up to 50 pounds.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $14.00 per hour, plus commission on personal sales volume.
  • Quarterly bonus opportunities based on store sales performance.
  • Full-time benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance.
