Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and Maintain Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Grow Share of Wallet
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow share of wallet within assigned accounts and meet sales quotas.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Proactively communicate and problem-solve to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with Other Departments
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Conduct Onsite Account Visits
- Conduct onsite account visits across the US, traveling approximately 30% of the time.
- Provide Regular Updates
- Provide regular updates and reports on account status, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Success
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in B2B Enterprise SaaS, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Pharmacy industries.
- Strategic Account Management
- Experience developing and executing strategic account plans that drive growth and maximize customer value.
- Technical Proficiency
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to SaaS solutions, with a track record of successfully selling complex products.
- Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical abilities to assess account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address challenges effectively.
- Negotiation Expertise
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close large deals and manage contract renewals to ensure favorable terms for both LSPedia Inc and the customer.
Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise Sales Experience
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales results.
- Experience with Enterprise Accounts
- Experience with enterprise accounts and large-scale clients.
- CRM Software Familiarity
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
