Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and Maintain Relationships

  • Grow Share of Wallet
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow share of wallet within assigned accounts and meet sales quotas.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction
    • Proactively communicate and problem-solve to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments
    • Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Conduct Onsite Account Visits
    • Conduct onsite account visits across the US, traveling approximately 30% of the time.
  • Provide Regular Updates
    • Provide regular updates and reports on account status, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Success
    • 5+ years of demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in B2B Enterprise SaaS, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Pharmacy industries.
  • Strategic Account Management
    • Experience developing and executing strategic account plans that drive growth and maximize customer value.
  • Technical Proficiency
    • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to SaaS solutions, with a track record of successfully selling complex products.
  • Analytical Skills
    • Strong analytical abilities to assess account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address challenges effectively.
  • Negotiation Expertise
    • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close large deals and manage contract renewals to ensure favorable terms for both LSPedia Inc and the customer.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enterprise Sales Experience
    • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales results.
  • Experience with Enterprise Accounts
    • Experience with enterprise accounts and large-scale clients.
  • CRM Software Familiarity
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
