We're seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our Transfusion Services team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our diagnostic testing. Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct complex laboratory tests and procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict safety protocols
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest laboratory techniques and technologies

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry)
* ASCP certification or equivalent (e.g. AMT certification)
* 2+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
