Job Summary

The Automotive Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for inspecting and lubricating vehicles in a timely and professional manner. This role requires adherence to the company's mission and core values, contributing to the success of the functional team.

Main Responsibilities:

* Complete work accurately and efficiently, allowing customers to remain in their vehicles
* Perform multi-point inspection to identify any additional repairs needed
* Advise service consultants or technicians of any necessary work
* Service grease fittings, universal joints, and steering knuckles using hand or compressed air powered grease guns
* Inspect fluid levels of rear differential and rear axle housings
* Identify potential repairs and communicate them to customers

Requirements

We are seeking an individual with:

* Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance (desired but not required)
* Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team environment

Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Benefits include opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within the company.

Work Environment

The Automotive Maintenance Specialist will work in a fast-paced production environment, requiring prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending. At times, they may exert forces of up to 100 lbs occasionally and/or 25 lbs frequently, moving objects as needed.
