As an Equipment Validation Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing customer equipment validation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage basic customer validation projects, including sterilization, cleaning, and laboratory testing
- Develop, prepare, and execute protocols for validation/qualification studies
- Prepare final reports to document validation studies
- Contribute to a team effort by performing in accordance with all STERIS policies, GMP, Lean principles, and other directives
- Bachelor's Degree, required
- 2 years of experience in a medical or other laboratory setting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical device or regulated industry
- Experience with Lab and manufacturing equipment qualification and validation
- Intermediate math skills, including fractions, decimals, and dilution schemes
- Basic statistical analysis skills and experience generating charts and creating reports
