About the Project Engineer Role

At AAA Facility Services, we're seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you'll work closely with our Estimator/Project Manager, Superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preconstruction and Bidding: Reviewing plans and specifications to determine the scope of the project, and assisting in the development of project implementation plans.
  • Plan Review/Document Control: Reviewing and maintaining project documents, including plans, specifications, and subcontractor scopes.
  • Procurement: Assisting in the creation of project material lists, tracking deliveries and material pick-up, and obtaining and maintaining material spec sheets.
  • Communication: Consulting with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and vendors regarding project issues, clarifications, and RFIs.
