Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Developer to join our team. As a Curriculum Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive curricula for our non-credit courses, covering a wide range of soft and hard skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging and up-to-date curricula for non-credit courses, incorporating real-world scenarios and case studies to enhance practical learning.
  • Collaboration: Work with industry experts and educational stakeholders to ensure the curriculum aligns with current industry standards and workforce needs.
  • Instructional Materials: Develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, hands-on activities, assignments, and assessments.
  • Curriculum Update: Continuously update the curriculum based on emerging trends and technologies in both soft and hard skills.

Requirements

  • Education: A minimum of a four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university or commensurate experience.
  • Experience: Experience in higher education, corporate training, or non-credit programming.
  • Skills: Relevant certifications in education or specific hard skills, proven experience in developing educational or training materials, teaching or training in a classroom or professional setting, strong knowledge of soft and hard skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong organizational skills.
