About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at Advantage Dental+. As a valued member of our practice, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our doctors and hygienists to provide exceptional patient care.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing chair-side clinical support, processing X-Rays, maintaining patient files, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our operatory. You will also play a key role in educating patients on the importance of their oral health and working collaboratively with our team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide chair-side clinical support to doctors and hygienists by charting, patient education, and operatory setup and cleanup
  • Take and process X-Rays as prescribed by the dentist
  • Enter patient treatment plans and maintain accurate patient records
  • Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories
  • Educate patients on the importance of their oral health
  • Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
