Zachry Group is seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for constructing, dismantling, and repairing wooden and metal scaffolds and auxiliary structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Identify all necessary tools and equipment for tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Scaffold Construction: Measure, mark, and cut required materials to specifications, constructing and re-enforcing scaffolds as needed.
  • Miscellaneous Projects: Assist with various construction projects, including building decks, steps, bulletin boards, and other wooden structures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets quality standards, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other crafts, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess knowledge of materials, tools, and processes involved in basic building techniques and form construction.
  • Communication: Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow safety rules and regulations.
