The Role
As a Senior Project Controls Manager, you will take charge of overseeing project control processes alongside our internal project management team, ensuring project objectives are met within financial and temporal constraints.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee project initialization in the Enterprise Project Management system.
  • Evaluate data, scrutinize logs, and generate reports using Enterprise Planning & Controls software or other analytical tools.
  • Construct Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Formulate, execute, and sustain comprehensive scheduling reports, financial reports, cash flow analyses, and forecasts for various projects.
  • Adhere to project execution strategies.
  • Manage engineering, procurement, and construction scheduling, logistics, and cost oversight.
  • Act as a primary contact for technical inquiries from the project team.
  • Authorize Purchase Orders and/or Subcontracts ensuring correct coding.
  • Document and update changes to financial reports or forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Team and Accounting Department to assess project expenses and contingency funds, aiding external audits.
  • Examine upstream (prime contract) and downstream (purchase order & subcontract) modifications.
  • Prepare and present cash flow analyses.
  • Develop various scheduling frameworks.
  • Implement and review logic ties within the schedules.
  • Monitor resource allocation within project timelines.
  • Facilitate Interactive Project Planning Meetings (IPPM).
  • Generate diverse scheduling reports and determine suitable reporting formats.
  • Review, analyze, and validate pre-programmed project scheduling reports and supporting documentation for precision.
  • Consult with the project team regarding schedule advancements.
  • Assess and manage schedule methodologies using critical path techniques, estimating, project cost management, and forecasting.
  • Conduct schedule scenario analyses.
  • Establish and maintain an earned value management framework.
  • Input and verify progress measurements.
  • Develop and sustain progress curves.
  • Conduct material takeoffs.
  • Perform quality assessments and inspections on project control outputs.
  • Assist with Project Forensic Analysis.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of relevant project controls experience.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Capacity to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and tracking progress.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
