Pacific Seafood is in search of a meticulous and organized Office Manager to enhance our operational efficiency. In this pivotal role, you will manage various administrative functions and provide essential support to team members in a dynamic workplace.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and welcome guests
  • Assist with payroll administration and employee-related issues
  • Organize office gatherings and events
  • Facilitate onboarding for new employees and maintain staff records
  • Oversee invoicing and financial operations
  • Coordinate accounts payable processing and aid in quarterly financial reviews
  • Execute general clerical duties and data management
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work weekends during peak production periods

Compensation Overview: $48,975 - $59,505 Annually
