We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County. As a Collections Professional, you will be responsible for contacting clients to retrieve accounts receivables and working to resolve financial disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve department standards and goals by continuously contacting clients and collecting on debtor accounts.
  • Work to set up suitable payment arrangements with clients and follow up on payment plans.
  • Follow up on all accounts until they are paid, settled, or deemed uncollectible.
  • Perform skip tracing work to locate clients and resolve financial disputes.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation of all account activity.
  • Adhere to all regulations and guidelines set forth by the FDCPA.
Requirements
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and navigate different screens.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated.
  • Experience in agency or bank recovery preferred.
  • Telemarketing and customer service skills a plus.
