Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting business-specific projects, applying deep expertise in subject areas, and promoting adherence to all procedures and policies. You will also be responsible for developing work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines, determining and carrying out processes and methodologies, and coordinating and delegating resources to accomplish organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts or oversees business-specific projects by applying deep expertise in subject areas.
  • Develops work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines.
  • Determines and carries out processes and methodologies.
  • Coordinates and delegates resources to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Partners internally and externally to make effective business decisions.
  • Solves complex problems and escalates issues or risks as appropriate.
  • Monitors progress and results and recognizes and capitalizes on improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support.
  • Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care, or related field and Minimum eight (8) years working in IT or operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ERP Operations Support background with experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Inventory.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft or Coupa (A MUST).
  • Has led or worked in matrixed organizations.
  • Experience working in Product teams or agile methodology.
  • Has experience in supporting Cloud applications.

We offer a competitive salary range of $137k-$178k plus up to 14% annual bonus and full benefits. We also offer the possibility of relocation within the region and the opportunity to work with a leading staffing agency in the job placement industry.
