Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Admin Consultant to join our team at PostJobMatches By WorkStaff USA Staffing Agency LLC. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and maintenance for our ERP systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business-specific projects, applying deep expertise in ERP systems, and promoting adherence to all procedures and policies.
  • Develop work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines, determining and carrying out processes and methodologies, and coordinating and delegating resources to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Practice self-leadership and promote learning in others by building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, communicating information, and providing advice to drive projects forward.
  • Collaborate with technical and project team leaders to resolve system problems and applications-specific issues.
  • Communicate with product users and suppliers to share information, identify opportunities, resolve problems, prioritize customer requirements, and maintain continuous improvement through customer feedback.
  • Escalate unresolved or critical issues, risks, or problems to system engineers and management.
  • Meet timelines and provide cross-functional resources to drive the delivery of appropriate, sustainable, and prompt solutions.
  • Plan and perform complex system configuration.
  • Manage the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems and systems in one or more additional IT domains by performing complex systems analysis to identify problems, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Plan the maintenance, modification, and documentation of applications.
  • Monitor the service of first and second-level support for enterprise systems and systems in one or more additional IT domains by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex incidents to minimize system issues.
  • Create complex documentation of new and existing system configuration and procedural information and support others in ensuring system configurations documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Provide complex application-oriented administration and technical support for production and non-production environments.
  • Lead hardware and software changes into environments and one or more additional IT production environments by performing impact analyses of system changes.
  • Develop guidelines to prevent and/or resolve recurring problems.
  • Recommend and execute complex performance tuning and optimization activities.
  • Evaluate new complex application packages and identify anticipated systems requirements for planning purposes.
Requirements
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support.
  • Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care, or related field, and minimum eight (8) years working in IT or operations. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ERP Operations Support background with experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Inventory.
  • Experience in Peoplesoft or Coupa (A MUST).
  • Has led or worked in matrixed organizations.
  • Experience working in Product teams or agile methodology.
  • Has experience in supporting Cloud applications.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $137k-$178k, plus up to 14% annual bonus, and full benefits. We also offer the possibility of relocation within the region.
