Job Summary:

Live Nation Entertainment is a leading live entertainment company, comprising global market leaders: Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at St. Andrew's Hall. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Cultivate regular guests and repeat business
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Live Nation's safety and sanitation standards
  • Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to Live Nation policy
  • Assist with special events and festivals as needed
Requirements:
  • Ability to work late hours and flexible schedule
  • Cash handling experience and ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs
  • Interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to pass a pour test and mixology drill
  • Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety-minded manner
  • Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms
  • Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4 years of work experience in a high-volume environment
  • Experience recognizing valid IDs
  • Experience in a live music environment
